Meet Liza

I started my spiritual journey back in 2008 when I got introduced to the psychosomatic medicine, chakras, and energy healing. I started helping people to find the reasoning behind their illnesses and health problems. It has always been important to me to get to the root of the problem and see the bigger picture instead of just focusing on the symptoms.

 

Later, I further tapped into the world of mindfulness by introducing meditation to my daily life. I immediately noticed the benefits of everyday practices, such as increasing my self-awareness and being present at the moment.

 

While meditation has been a game changer to my routine and how I view the world, it didn't hold all the keys. I wanted to help people to find the answers to always-nudging questions such as "How to find my true purpose? Am I on the right path?" and help them unleash their true potential. This was back in 2020 when Numerology (Matrix of Destiny & Matrix of Resources) came in my life.

 

I also use Tarot and Oracle Readings to help people gain a deeper insight into who they are and help them navigate hardships, make the right choices, help them to find the solution to the problem, and improve their relationships with themselves and others.

 

I completed a 1-year program and became a certified Spiritual Mentor in 2023. With the focus on Systemic Family Constellations, Holistic Medicine, Nonviolent Communication (NVC), Emotional Maturity, and a lot more.

I have a BA degree in Communications with minors in Educational Psychology, and Print & Digital Publishing. Certified in Energy Medicine, and *interesting fact* I'm also a certified ESL teacher and used to have my own language school in the past.
